These terms apply to purchases and services from Anbu Appliances, 2101 S El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA 94403 ("we", "us").

Pricing and availability

Prices shown or quoted are subject to change and availability. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected at any time. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Delivery and installation

Delivery dates are estimates. The customer is responsible for providing a clear path and adequate space, utilities and connections that meet local code. Additional parts or work required on site will be quoted before work begins.

Returns and exchanges

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Delivered and installed major appliances may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective items are handled under the manufacturer warranty.

Warranty

All products include the manufacturer's warranty. Optional extended protection plans are governed by their own terms.

Haul-away

Old appliances removed by us are recycled in accordance with California regulations. Appliances must be disconnected and emptied before removal unless removal service is purchased.
